Well-being has become a growing global interest, and the demand for healthier food is encouraging more people to explore urban agriculture. In South Korea, veranda farming has been recognized as one of the easiest and most accessible forms of urban agriculture. However, veranda farming also presents several challenges, including inconsistent lighting, harmful insects, temperature and humidity control, and soil erosion caused by dripping water, which can expose plant roots. These issues make it difficult to maintain a stable growing environment at home. To address these problems, I developed Green Grower, a veranda farming system designed to create a more stable environment for growing crops. By supporting healthier plant growth and improving cultivation quality, Green Grower helps users grow fresh produce more easily within their own living space.
